Hello everyone welcome to my blog =( I can’t help but to feel sad as the end of my summer here at the Y comes to a close. I had so much fun while I was here and I feel like I learned a lot about myself. It was my honor and privilege to have worked at the Y while sharing my experiences with all of you.
In any case, I’d like to switch to a more positive note. This week was a lot of fun. We made paper Mache’s with camp uluwatu and the kids were very engaged. We also went to Lewisville Lake to plant aquatic vegetation and it was so much fun! It was interesting learning about how certain plants benefit the lake and its species.=) Towards the end of the week we got a very special visit from our director and boss Mr. Yazdanpanah. We had so much fun while he was here and we really appreciated the conversation we had. I look forward to continue working with him!
Okay guys so as always, I will now leave you with a joke. Why don’t seagulls fly by the bay?
